GCC announced that at its Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on April 27th, amendments to the Company's bylaws were approved.

GCC announced that the General Shareholders’ Meeting held on April 25, 2024, declared a Ps. 1.5369 dividend per share, which comes from the balance of the net earnings on a tax basis corresponding to the fiscal year 2013 and previous years.
