The distribution of dividends, including their amount and payment date, is determined by a majority vote of shareholders at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors. Dividend payments will depend on results, financial position, projected investments, restrictions under loan agreements, and other factors affecting GCC. Therefore, dividend payments cannot be guaranteed every year.
Since 1992, GCC has paid annual dividends except in 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012.
